Yes. SendStock embeds IPTC and XMP metadata directly into your files before FTP/SFTP upload. This includes titles, descriptions, and keywords written into the file's metadata fields. Supported formats are JPG, PNG, EPS, SVG for images and MP4, MOV for video. The embedded metadata is read automatically by stock agencies.
Can SendStock export CSV files?
Yes. SendStock exports CSV files with pre-built templates matching different agency requirements. Each template maps the correct column headers and formatting. You can also create custom templates. CSV export works on both the desktop and web app.
Are FTP/SFTP credentials stored securely?
Yes. SendStock encrypts all FTP and SFTP passwords using AES-256-GCM encryption before storing them locally in your database. Credentials never leave your computer and are not sent to any cloud server. You can test each connection before uploading.
