1. Overview of SendStock AI
SendStock AI is a multimedia metadata management application developed by Mickaël Bellun. It allows users to manage metadata, download files via FTP, and generate metadata using artificial intelligence (AI).
2. Target Audience
SendStock AI is designed for both individual users and professionals. The application has no specific targeted industry or profession.
3. Free and Paid Features
SendStock AI is free to use, although certain features, such as AI metadata generation, require the purchase of credits. These credits are consumed per request. Reselling or redistributing the application is strictly prohibited.
4. Account Creation and License Key
Users must create an account on sendstockai.com. Each account is assigned a unique license key, which is required to access specific application services.
5. Data Collection and Usage
SendStock AI collects information such as the user’s name, email address, AI queries submitted, and the generated responses. This data is exclusively used for statistical analysis and to improve service reliability by identifying and resolving potential issues. By leveraging this information, we can continuously optimize the platform's performance and efficiency to deliver a high-quality user experience. The collected data is never used for commercial purposes nor shared with unauthorized third parties.
6. Consent and Tracking
SendStock AI uses Google Analytics to analyze website traffic. Users are prompted to accept or decline tracking via a consent banner on sendstockai.com. In the desktop application, users are required to consent to data usage via a checkbox, with a link to the Terms of Use page for further information.
7. AI Usage Responsibilities
AI responses may contain errors if requests violate platform guidelines, such as unauthorized content or sensitive material. AI responses are anonymous and do not include names of real or fictional persons, brands, or organizations. SendStock AI is not responsible for user-generated requests. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abusive or illegal usage.
8. Terms of Updates
The desktop application does not currently support automatic updates. Users should uninstall and reinstall the application when updates are available. By installing new versions, users accept the latest terms and conditions.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. For any disputes, users agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts. Users are encouraged to contact Support to resolve issues before pursuing legal action.
